(Nasdaq:PALM) today announced the availability of the new Palm(R) Treo(TM) 750v smartphone in Indonesia on the XL network, bringing for the first time to Indonesia the hallmark Palm experience on Microsoft(R) Windows Mobile(R) 5.0 over a wireless 3G/UMTS network. The new Treo 750v will be available next month through XL, Vodafone’s network partner in Indonesia.

Treo 700wx Smartphone Now Available on the Iusacell Network in Mexico

Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq:PALM) announced the Palm(R) Treo(TM) 700wx smartphone on the Iusacell Network in Mexico, marking the first availability of a Windows Mobile 5.0-based Treo smartphone in the Latin American market.

The Treo 700wx combines a great mobile phone, comprising the functionality and ease of use for which Treo smartphones are known, with the power and security of Windows Mobile favored by many businesses. Today’s announcement offers Iusacell’s customer base more choices and complements the Treo 650 smartphone running on the Palm OS(R) platform.
