Orange launches new roaming deals
New roaming packages from Orange should save the user around 25 per cent according to the mobile firm which launched the revised deals on Thursday.
Starting June, customers will be able to take up the new packages which they can use for both incoming and outgoing calls.According to a statement from the company the new packages “ensure customers know the cost of their roaming usage in advance and can decide which bundle or package best fits their needs”.
Orange also promises that customers pay the same rate within any of the 25 EU countries, irrespective of the network they are on. In the UK for example customers can buy a bundle of 50 minutes of incoming and outgoing international calls, at a cost of ВЈ25, representing a discount of 28%, compared with standard prices, the company said.
“Roaming is a valuable service that gives customers the convenience and peace of mind of being easily contactable wherever they are,” says Sanjiv Ahuja, Chief Executive Officer, Orange. “Orange has roaming agreements with operators worldwide, giving our customers the convenience of using their mobiles in 190 countries”… These new transparent roaming discounts, combined with our existing tailored roaming offers, will ensure that all our customers can get the most from their mobiles wherever they are”.
